• To fix software problems that stop the device from working normally
We do not open or explore apps, photos, or files that are unrelated to the repair. Your information always belongs to you, and we do not store private data longer than needed.

Your data is protected with strong security practices. All devices are stored in locked and monitored areas. Our workspace uses cameras and alarms, and only trusted staff can handle or test devices. We also use encryption, secure storage, and password-protected systems to block access by anyone who should not see your data.
For devices that contain sensitive business, legal, or government information, we apply extra safety steps. We can also sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) to provide legal protection for highly confidential work.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your information. We will only share your information if you ask us to or if we must follow a legal order, such as a request from law enforcement. Even then, we only share what is required by law.
We destroy or wipe old storage parts before disposal. Any temporary recovery files are deleted when the service is finished. If you ask us to remove your information, we will do so as long as it is not needed for legal or record-keeping reasons.

• Test and confirm that your device works before returning it
